1. Health Monitor 

 

LifePlus Bangladesh is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how our application accesses, uses, stores, and shares data obtained through the Google FIT API in relation to the Health Monitor feature. By using the Health Monitor feature, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. 

LifePlus Bangladesh’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information Collected

a. Google FIT API Data

We utilize the Google FIT API to access and retrieve Step Count Data from your Google account. This data includes the number of steps taken by the user.

b. Vitals Information

In the Health Monitor feature, users have the option to provide specific health-related information.

  • BMI Calculation: Users can input their height and weight to calculate their Body Mass Index (BMI).
  • Blood Pressure Check: Users can input their blood pressure readings to assess whether they fall within normal, high, or low ranges.
  • Blood Sugar Check: Users can input blood sugar levels to monitor and track their glucose levels.
  • Body Temperature Check: Users can input their body temperature for tracking purposes.
  • Lipid Profile Check: Users can input information related to their lipid profile, such as cholesterol levels.

 

Use of Information

The Step Count Data obtained from the Google FIT API is used exclusively for the Health Monitor feature. Users can set goals, track their remaining steps for the day, measure the distance covered, and assess calories burned to promote better fitness, health, and personal achievement

Data Storage

We do not store any data obtained from the Google FIT API on our servers. All Step Count Data is processed in real-time within the Health Monitor feature and is not retained for future

Data Sharing

We do not share any data obtained from the Google FIT API or vitals information with third parties. Your health monitoring data is kept confidential and is not disclosed to any external entities.

User Control and Settings

Users have the ability to set their goals, define objectives, and assess their current level of activity within the Health Monitor feature. These settings are managed by the user to tailor their fitness and health preferences. Users can delete vital information regarding BMI, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, Body Temperature, or  Lipid Profile

Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard the Step Count Data obtained from the Google FIT API. This includes encryption and access controls to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the information.
