PRICING INFORMATION

Refund shall be subject to User complying with these Terms of Use. Company reserves the right to refuse to process orders/requisitions from Users with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by User with Company or breach of any policy. The User and third-party acknowledge that Company will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims etc. resulting from not processing a transaction/transaction price or any delay in processing a transaction/transaction price which is beyond control of Company. You acknowledge that Company is a mere facilitator and does not fall within the purview of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the rules framed thereunder. You acknowledge that Company is a mere facilitator and does not fall within the purview of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules framed thereunder. You acknowledge that Company is a mere facilitator/intermediary and does not fall within the purview of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder.

PAYMENT

You acknowledge that Company is a mere facilitator and does not fall within the purview of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules framed thereunder. You acknowledge that Company is a mere facilitator/intermediary and does not fall within the purview of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, and the rules and regulations framed thereunder. The User also agrees to pay a nominal fee for the same. In order to process the payments for Your orders, the Company might require details of Your bank account, credit card number etc. The online fee payments made by You are processed with the support and services of the banks/payment gateways/payment aggregators/ third parties and the Company and/or Seller is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to User/ Retail Pharmacies/ third party service providers during this process as these banks/payment gateways/payment aggregators/ third parties are beyond the control of the Company. Conditions for Return

  • Delivered Product is physically damaged (destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival), incomplete (missing parts).
  • Delivered Product is incorrect i.e identically different than the ordered one (delivered product is different than the image of the product when ordered).

  • Change of mind is not acceptable at all.
  • Things to ensure for your Return/Refund Claim

  • You have to make a return/refund request within 03 days of receiving the delivered product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. In any other case, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of LifePlus packaging, it must be returned in the same condition as the invoice. Do not put tape/stickers or scratch on the manufacturer’s box.
  • How to Request for Return

  • You have to call our hotline number +88-0176661030. Explain your cause for returning the product.
  • Pack your return parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you, and secure the invoice that came with the parcel.
  • Issuance of Refunds

    You will be refunded only with the product price and Shipping fee. If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method as per the following table:

    Once we have received your request for a return it will undergo a process, from pick-up to quality check and validation. The whole refund process may take at least 7-10 business days depending on the refund method you have selected.
